Def Familia names, logos, photographs, videos, clothing designs, promotional materials, written content, event concepts, and other creative materials may not be copied, reproduced, altered, distributed, or sold without written permission.
Quotes and Reservations
A quote or discussion does not reserve a date.
A service booking is confirmed only after:

The agreement or invoice is accepted

The required deposit is paid

Until those steps are completed, the date may remain available to other customers.
Service Bookings and Deposits
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve photography, videography, DJ, 360 photo booth, entertainment, event-hosting, or other booked services.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival and before services begin, unless another deadline is stated in writing.
The deposit reserves the agreed date and time specifically for the customer.
Additional time, travel, equipment, staffing, location changes, or services not included in the original agreement may require additional payment.
