Do I need a passport?

​

Yes. A valid passport is required for all international travelers attending the event.

 

Is airfare included?

​

No. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to the Dominican Republic.

 

Is hotel or Airbnb included?

​

No. Hotel and Airbnb accommodations are not included. Guests may book their preferred accommodations in Sosúa or Cabarete.

 

Can I purchase only the Mansion Pool Party?

​

Yes. General Admission and VIP Mansion Pool Party tickets will be available separately.

 

Can I bring family or friends?

​

Absolutely! Deaf, hearing, family, friends, and supporters are welcome.

 

What airport should I fly into?

​

Fly into Gregorio Luperón International Airport (POP) in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.

 

How will I receive event updates?

​

All confirmed attendees will be added to our official WhatsApp group for important announcements, travel updates, and event reminders.

 

Adults-Only Event Policy

To provide a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone, Players Ball on the Island is intended for adults.

 

We strongly recommend that children do not attend the following activities:

• 🌃 Night Club Experience

 

These events are designed for adults and may include alcohol, loud music, and late-night entertainment.
