Travel Tip #1: Don’t Pay for Your Dominican Republic E-Ticket
If you’re traveling to the Dominican Republic for the first time, one of the most important things you’ll need is the Dominican Republic E-Ticket.
The good news? It’s 100% FREE.
Unfortunately, many travelers end up paying third-party websites because they don’t realize the official E-Ticket doesn’t cost anything.
What is the E-Ticket?
The Dominican Republic E-Ticket is an online travel form required for everyone entering and leaving the country. Once completed, you’ll receive a QR code to present during your travels.
What You’ll Need
Before filling out your E-Ticket, have these items ready:
Your passport
Your flight information
The address of where you’ll be staying in the Dominican Republic
Save Your QR Code
After submitting your information, save the QR code on your phone or print a copy so it’s easy to access when needed.
Real Example
Below is a screenshot of my own Dominican Republic E-Ticket (with my personal information blurred for privacy) so you know what to expect.
